Mr. Notterman represents individuals in a range of civil rights matters in federal court, including cases of wrongful conviction, excessive force, and prisoner sexual abuse. He successfully litigated a claim in the New York Court of Claims on behalf of a client who was wrongfully incarcerated for 27 years.
